Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery for your purchases. However, please note that a nominal additional charge of Rs.150/- will apply for all COD orders. This charge covers the extra handling and processing associated with this payment method.
Personalization Orders:
For orders requiring personalization, such as engraving or customization, please allow for additional processing time. These orders may take approximately 10-15 working days to be prepared and delivered. We strive to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail for personalized items.
Exchange Orders:
If you wish to exchange a product, we charge a nominal fee of Rs.150. This charge is applicable because we have already borne the cost of shipping for the original order, and with the exchange, we incur shipping costs again. We share this cost of delivery with you to ensure a fair exchange process. However, in case of defects in our products, we do not charge for the exchange delivery.
