Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Requests can be made for any product of the same value.
- A delivery charge of ₹150 applicable.
- Only in-stock products can be exchanged. If unavailable, customers may wait or choose an alternative. Pickup will proceed as scheduled.

- Minor defects or slight deformation are natural variations in handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.
- Exchange not valid on orders/products below ₹500.
- Note : We request you to kindly record a short video while unboxing your parcel. In case of theft or tampering, we can only assist if an unboxing video is provided. Without it, we won’t be able to take any action.
Return & Refund Policy
At ZACH, we take pride in maintaining strict quality standards for all our products.
As our products fall under accessories and jewelry, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, in case you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
- A defective product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue, and our team will assist you with a replacement or suitable resolution.
Please Note:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging for any claim to be considered.
- Minor variations in color/finish may occur due to lighting and handcrafted detailing.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
