Thoroughly dry jewellery after exposure to water: moisture can cause tarnishing, Avoid getting your product wet.
Avoid direct contact with corrosive agents such as sanitizer, soap, cream, perspiration, water and chemical products to preserve the coating for longer.
Keep jewellery stored in the pouch provided when not being worn.
Avoid grinding your Bracelet on hard surfaces. You may scratch the coating.

EXCHANGES are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
NO EXCHANGES or DEFECTS are valid beyond this period.
However, in case of a defect, this will not be charged to the customer. DEFECT EXCHANGE PROCESS : Kindly mail us on [email protected] with the ORDER NUMBER in the subject and attach in clearly visible images of the DEFECTS on the products.
