Only PREPAID Orders are accepted.
Cash On Delivery not available due to COVID -19 restrictions Products can be EXCHANGED at a cost of Rs.150/- PER EXCHANGE (Please Note : We charge for the EXCHANGE as we pay 3 times the charge of a Normal Delivery to fulfil the Reverse Pickup & Send the New Order)
EXCHANGES are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
NO EXCHANGES or DEFECTS are valid beyond this period.
However, in case of a defect, this will not be charged to the customer. DEFECT EXCHANGE PROCESS : Kindly mail us on email@example.com with the ORDER NUMBER in the subject and attach in clearly visible images of the DEFECTS on the products.
PLEASE NOTE : The Coating Hanger Mark (golden) on the inside of the bracelet is not a defect. It is a mark caused by the zic, which is used to hang the product while coating it. It is on the interior of the product, hence, it is not visible while wearing it & is not harmful to the look & durability of the product. You can view the mark in the product images The product will not be liable for Return/Refund due to this.
